Displays

Each display core is completely disassembled by separating the circuit board from the case. Circuit boards are cleaned and visually inspected for physical failures and conformance with OEM specifications. Any components with a high rate of failure or requiring engineering upgrades are always replaced. Following assembly, all displays are given a thorough final inspection and tested to ensure like new performance. Display hardware and software are upgraded to the latest OEM engineering specifications. Non-functioning regulators, transistors, switches, resistors, and all other defective components are replaced as needed. Defective LCDs are always replaced with new parts. Display functions are tested to ensure OEM compliance and information accuracy. Connectors and non-functioning components are always replaced with OEM specified parts.
