Commutator Treating Kit
This versatile tool can quickly change shape to any job to keep small commutators operating at peak efficiency. Simply dip the tool in hot water for one minute and bend the handle to suit your application. The holder and inserts are non-conductive. The exclusive hex nut and screw locking assembly permits replacement and locking of the inserts, eliminating the chance of the stone becoming loose. The kit contains four grades of stones and grade FH seaters. Inserts are color coded for easy identification. Handles and replacement inserts are available separately.

Commutator Brush Saver
This uniquely shaped plastic handle with resurfacing stones at each end (polish grade and finish grade) is designed for smoothing commutators on many small motors and generators. This non-conductive tool allows access into any motor frame when resurfacing the commutator to a smooth finish. This extends brush life and improves commutation.
