Tine-Guide Forklift Laser Guidance System
The Tine-Guide Forklift Laser Guidance System is designed to assist forklift operators with fork placement by projecting a dot or line laser on the pallet. The laser marks the spot where the forks will hit, helping to control product damage, increase productivity, and create a safer work environment.
Standard Fork-Guide
The Standard Fork-Guide Laser is battery powered and equipped with a circuit that detects vibration when the truck is in motion. When movement is detected by the vibration circuit, the laser (line/dot) will appear. After the truck is motionless for 4 minutes, the vibration circuit will automatically turn the laser off. Recommended in low traffic areas.
- Includes two six-volt rechargeable nickel metal hydride batteries (4800 amp hours each) and a NiMH battery charger.
- Battery charging time - 80% quick charge in 4 hours, 100% in 8 hours.
- Includes a line or dot laser, or both.

V70 Fork-Guide
The V70 Fork-Guide Model is wired directly to the forklift electrical system and includes a voltage regulator that reduces 12 - 55 VDC to 6 VDC. A qualified technician is recommended for installation.
The V70 Fork-Guide Laser can be fitted with the following features:

FlatFork Digital Level Indicator
Product damage is often due to the tilt of the forks when entering and exiting pallets. The risk of pallets mistakenly being pushed or pulled off of a rack is significant.
FlatFork, now available through the Promatch parts program, is a digital fork level indicator that notifies operators when forks are level by displaying a blinking red, yellow or green light. FlatFork works on virtually any lift truck—counterbalanced and reach trucks. The reach truck model uses paired units and RFID technology. One box attaches to fork carriage to measure the tilt of the forks, and it sends a signal to a second display box in front of the operator.
Installation is less than a minute. FlatFork uses a powerful magnet, making it transferable between forklifts. Two standard D alkaline batteries are required.

Digital Tilt Indicator

Cascade’s Digital Tilt Indicator works on virtually any lift truck. This visual aid lets you know when your mast is tilted forward, backward or true vertical. The sensitivity of the Digital Tilt Indicator is precise to within one degree. It clearly displays the angle of the mast at all times which eliminates guesswork and ultimately reduces damage and increases speed and efficiency.

Safe-Tilt Fork Level

Easily mounts on the forklift mast, indicating the fork's exact position from park, to level, to travel. The Safe-Tilt includes sticker labels to specify additional angles. Note: The Safe-Tilt Fork Leveling System works only on tilt mast counterbalance and tilt mast narrow aisle lift trucks.
Accu-Tilt Fork Tip Level Indicator

Incorrect fork tip angle is the leading cause of both racking and product damage. Even the most experienced operator has difficulty judging the tilt of the forks when entering pallets located high on the rack. The Accu-Tilt shows the level of the forks at all times, eliminating the guess work and reducing potential damage. The Accu-Tilt will also indicate the correct angle to travel with a load, as well as parking the lift truck.
