Hydraulic Control Valves

Each hydraulic pump and control valve core is thoroughly inspected, completely disassembled, and all wear parts are discarded. All hard parts are chemically degreased, cleaned and inspected for damage and conformance with OEM specifications. Any part that does not meet OEM specifications is replaced to meet specifications. Following assembly, all hydraulic pumps and control valves are given a thorough final inspection and tested to ensure like new performance. All hydraulic pumps are tested to OEM specification and checked for leaks. Control valves are tested and relief valves are set to OEM specifications. Valves are line load tested for conformance with OEM specifications and inspected for leaks. Hydraulic pump seal kits, bearings, and gaskets are always replaced with new OEM quality parts. Vanes are always replaced with new OEM quality parts. Gears are inspected and remanufactured or replaced as needed with OEM quality parts. Shafts are inspected, rough ground,and hard-chrome plated or replaced as needed to comply with OEM specifications.
