RegO Coupler Kit
Part Number: A000035013
These brass connectors are especially designed to join the carburetor fuel line to the service valve on lift truck cylinders. Sturdy, long lasting threads allow quick hand-tight assembly that provides for quick and simple cylinder replacement. Back checks automatically close in each connector when disconnected.
The male unit couples directly to the service valve. An integral o-ring is designed to seal before the internal check opens, aiding in product loss prevention. A gasket at the thread is a secondary seal when the connectors are tightened together. The connector fits RegO lift truck cylinder adapters for fast, convenient filling.
The female unit accepts fuel line adapter and couples directly to the male unit. The o-ring seal in the male is designed to seal before the internal check opens to allow product to pass through the connection. The knurled coupling eases threading and the threads provide rapid, effortless make-up, even against LP gas pressure.

Quick Change Propane Valve
Part Number: A000055921
Changing a propane cylinder can sometimes give the forklift operator a big surprise. If the seal in the cylinder valve fails, liquid propane gas can spray over the hand or face of the operator faster than they can react. Liquid propane vaporizes quickly (-420 C or -440 F) and will cause extreme frostbite if it touches skin. The quick change propane valve helps prevents LPG from coming in contact with skin and makes it easier to tighten and remove. In case of an LPG release, the liquid propane is directed away from the hand. The Easy-Grip ergonomic design allows you to hand tighten and loosen the coupler with less effort. The plastic nylon material works as an insulator from cold LPG or the brass coupler. Takes just 15 minutes to install - and lasts as long as the forklift!
Propane Valve Closed
Shuts off propane gas next to the coupler to prevent it from coming back through the hose if the seal fails.
Propane Valve Open
Just turn the handle 90 degrees and the valve is in the “open” position and ready to work.
LPG Safety Boot
Part Number: A000049693
Take the LPG coupler on and off easier and safer. The LPG Safety Boot is a soft rubber boot that easily fits over the brass coupler preventing serious thermal injury burns caused by escaping liquid propane (brass coupler not included).
- Installs in minutes over all 1 1/4" couplers
- Protects against escaping liquid propane gas as it redirects liquid propane away from the operator's hand
- Rubber grip makes it easier to tighten & loosen the coupler
Note: The LPG Safety Boot does not eliminate the required PPE for changing LPG cylinders.
PVC Propane Cylinder Handling Retracto-Gloves
Part Number: A000044294
The Retracto Gloves help reduce burns and injury while replacing LPG tanks. Retractable and ready to use, the gloves are designed to be securely attached to the forklift with a spring loaded chain. Velcro also keeps the pair of gloves in place while truck is in operation.
