Universal Plug/Forklift/Cylinder Lockout
Universal Plug/Forklift/Cylinder lockout device performs several critical lockout functions, including plug, forklift, and gas cylinder lockout. SB Lock Box

Lockout Box
When a forklift has mechanical failure and is unsafe to operate, it must be locked out. OSHA states that companies must isolate from its energy source and render inoperative any machine or equipment prior to servicing, maintainance, or repair by employees (1910.147). The equipment lockout box comes complete with a lock and four lockout tags with accompanying pull-straps.
