Each inverter core is completely disassembled by separating the circuit board from the case. Circuit boards are cleaned and visually inspected for physical failures and conformance with OEM specifications. Any components with a high rate of failure or requiring engineering upgrades are always replaced. Following assembly, all inverters are given a thorough final inspection and tested to ensure like new performance. Inverters are upgraded to the latest OEM engineering specifications. Non-functioning regulators, transistors, switches, resistors, and all other defective components are replaced as needed. Connectors and non-functioning components are always replaced with OEM specified parts.
