Lift Truck Scales

SkidWeigh is a general application, fully automatic microprocessor electronic device that measures the load weight on any type of lift truck or loader. The system can be installed on any lift truck, regardless of the vehicle, make, model or operating voltage. Every time a skid load is picked up, the increase in hydraulic pressure on the vehicle will automatically activate the "weighing cycle" and convert it to a load weight measurement. The weight is displayed up to 50,000 kg. or lbs. via a five-digit LED display.

This is not a "Legal for Trade" weighing scale, but an economical onboard check weighing system that will allow the operator to determine the load weight.

Electric Pallet Truck Scales

The ED2-EPT and ED3-EPT SkidWeigh Plus Series systems are general application, heavy duty fully automatic electronic weighing systems that will accurately measure the load weight on any type of electric pallet truck regardless of the vehicle model, type, lifting capacity or forks configuration and forks length. Automatic lift cycle of the load lift motion control and measured increase of hydraulic pressure in the lifting cylinder will activate the specific “weighing cycle” algorithm. The final calculation of the readings taken during the measurement cycle will be converted into a load weight measurement that is visually presented to the operator via LCD or LED display.
