The transition to Logisnext Forklifts is part of a broader brand alignment strategy under the global Logisnext organization. Logisnext was acquired by Japan Industrial Partners in April 2026, the ownership change does not affect customers' day-to-day experience. The same organization continues to design, manufacture, sell, service, and support the forklifts and material handling solutions customers rely on.

The transition will occur in phases through March 2028. Customers will begin seeing Logisnext Forklifts branding during 2027, with the website and dealer portal transitioning in April 2027.
Yes. Parts for existing Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks will continue to be available after the transition to Logisnext Forklifts. Parts ordering, availability, and support processes will remain unchanged.
