The combo system combines all the features of the DOT-Lok MPE and PACE-One G2 Speed Limiter into one unit. Installation is identical to the DOT-Lok MPE.

A uCal programming kit is required for initial setup and changes.

DOT-Lok MPE and PACE-One G2 Combo with Traction Control


DOT-Lok MPE and PACE-One G2 Combo with Traction Control gives you all the features of the standard unit plus traction control. Traction control prevents the drive tires from free spinning when a forklift operates on slick surfaces such as ice, oil, water, dust and ash covered surfaces. The system further limits tire spinning when the inching pedal is dumped at high engine RPMs.

uCal Programming Kit
 

The uCal programmer is the interface between a computer and SSC control module.  Via uCal, programming parameters can be imported or tweaked to meet a customer's needs.  In addition to programming SSC control modules, a new data logging feature has been added to uCal which aids in any troubleshooting.

Speed Limits - Value in volts for top travel speeds
Speed On/Off Thresholds - Sets limits for land speed of activation/deactivation
Turn On/Off Delays - Time between speed limit detection and activation/deactivation
Output Fault Voltage - Voltage fault level where output voltage is clamped

Shift Speeds - Go/No go shift speeds
Shift Delays - Time between shift parameters are 'go' to when transmission shifts
Throttle Control Option - Transmission will not shift when engine RPM is above set limits
Throttle Delays - Allows engine mass to return to idle before shifting
Engine Braking - When shifting above accepted set travel speed, vehicle remains in the gear for which it is traveling and automatically reduces engine speed to selected settings
Auxiliary Switch Lockout - Automatically defaults transmission in neutral when operator vacates driver's seat with engine running and transmission engaged or the inching pedal is depressed for an extended period of time.
